Chesterton, IN - Coffee Creek Collectibles, unique gift shop and cafe, will open its doors on Saturday, November 19. The shop and cafe will be open Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The gift shop will offer customers unique, high quality, handcrafted and/or artisan made items for their own pleasures or ultimate gift giving.  Many of the beautiful items will either be signed by the artist, numbered, or be a limited edition piece.  The customer will find exquisite hand-cut lead crystal from Russia, fine porcelain pieces from Germany, bronze sculptures from Ireland, high quality art class from Eastern Europe, along with silver artisan jewelry from New York, California and Louisiana artists.

Local artists' work will be displayed. Also, wooden decoys, hand carved in
the heart of the Carolinas, along with unique chess sets, walking sticks, fine appointed leather desk accessories, exceptional writing instruments, scented inks and gorgeous hand made leather bound writing journals.

There is a wonderful line of shaving products, beautifully unique shavers, stands, shaving brushes and soaps.  And last but not least, creamy hand made soaps and highly scented candles top off the list.

The cafe will offer Seattle's Best Coffee, regular and decaf along with made to order espresso, cappuccino and lattes.  Hand made Italian desserts from the pastry chef of the local and well-known Lucrezia's restaurant that will make mouths water.  Other beverages will be offered to include vitamin water with three levels of benefits - flavor, function and formula.

A grand opening is tentatively being planned for early spring, 2006.
